  • Develop dashboards and reporting methods to monitor channel performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Communicate findings, successes, and opportunities to internal teams, including Product Development and Customer Experience teams.
Customer Management:
  • Monitor and maintain CRM best practices, including email list health, deliverability, and data hygiene.
  • Support customer engagement efforts across all digital touchpoints.
Marketing Content:
  • Manage the email and SMS content calendar, aligning messaging priorities with the overarching communications calendar and program launches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling, personalized, and dynamic content.
  • Provide strategic direction based on learning to creative teams to optimize messaging for customer engagement.
Test & Learn:
  • Drive innovation by testing new technologies, automation, and campaigns.
  • Create, execute, and analyze test plans to improve performance, customer experience, & retention.

Qualifications:

  • CRM Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics is required. Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, and other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a CRM/lifecycle/retention role, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in email/SMS metrics, HTML (SQL is a plus), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience in developing benchmarks and optimizing performance over time.

Our signature service is helping budding entrepreneurs break free in the areas of business that were once holding them back into new levels of joy and fulfillment. Through digital courses, memberships, and coaching, we give these entrepreneurs tangible proof that small actions every day will ultimately build a business worth creating and a life guided by their own design.

We lead a fun-loving culture and a dedicated team that is committed to excellence. We always find the upside to any situation and maintain the strength and flexibility to change course as our business evolves.

Meet Amy:

You might know Amy Porterfield from her top-rated “Online Marketing Made Easy” podcast or as the New York Times Bestselling author of “Two Weeks Notice.” She’s a long-time industry leading voice on digital course creation, email list building, entrepreneurial mindset, and online marketing. But to her husband Hobie, she’s pookie. To 22-year-old Cade, she’s bonus mom. To labradoodle Scout, she’s everything. And to us, she’s the fun-loving, transparent, hilarious, and ever-inspiring leader of this dream team. To learn more about our fearless leader, check out the details here.

The Team:

  • What can we say? We really like each other! From team building events and a designated “fun stuff” Slack channel to annual team trips, we like to work hard and play hard!
  • You’ll enjoy working for a company that’s won Inc. Magazine’s “Best Place To Work” award for two years running. (2023, 2024)
  • Plus you’ll be workin’ for Amy Porterfield!

The Culture:

Forget the traditional corporate culture. Amy left that behind years ago for a reason and has created something entirely different! We’ve managed to take the collaboration and camaraderie of office life and created a remote-culture that doesn’t feel so siloed. While we encourage an entrepreneurial approach to your specific role (no micro-managers here… remember that “total ownership” thing?), we have built systems over the years that allow you to easily and regularly access the support, resources, key project details, and plain ol’ FUN team connection that you need to thrive.

  • With a four-day workweek, we support and empower employees to do their best work while having time to rest, recharge, and focus on personal priorities. This philosophy creates a culture that results in increased professional performance. Each employee is offered the chance to work with a personal development coach. We also provide various learning opportunities and sponsor continuing education. We value our employees, assist them in succeeding, and encourage promotion from within.
  • We believe that our differences make us better… that diversity of thought and experience is what allows us to grow, work, and serve in a more meaningful way. So that means we believe in the diversity and inclusion of ALL people (inside our company and out) regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and religion. This includes a diversity of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and experiences. We are not only a pro-inclusion organization, but we are an anti-racism organization dedicated to upholding and enforcing policies to support it. We consider it our daily work to be a business and a visible example of what it means to welcome everyone to the table.

  • 4 Day Workweek/Flexible Work Schedule – We genuinely believe that amazing work and full lives CAN co-exist. So, outside of our launches, enjoy a 4-day workweek, designed for work-life optimization. Now, this benefit requires strong personal discipline and effective time management. Because if you haven’t caught on by now, we’re highly outcome oriented. So we lean on personal and cross-company systems and structures to help maximize efficiency so we can enjoy a 4-day workweek, the flexibility and freedom it allows us to get the work done, then logging off and hitting the trails, the shops, the beach… whatever!
  • Flexible Time Off and Sick Leave – Two words…unlimited PTO. Because working hard and taking full ownership of your role doesn’t mean being golden-handcuffed to your laptop. So go ahead, take the trip!
  • Minimum PTO - “Unlimited PTO” isn’t some reverse psychology bluff, tricking you into 365-day work. You’re required to take a minimum of 8 days (or 64 hours) of PTO annually. Reforming workaholics, rejoice!
  • Paid Holidays – including a Thanksgiving Break and Holiday Break!
  • Birthday Leave – Oh yes, you read that right. Never working on your birthday again. Hit the beach or the spa… we don’t care what you do, just don’t come to work!
  • Team Vacation – Pack your bags! Amy treats her team members to an annual team trip to celebrate the accomplishments and hard work of our employees.
  • Wellness Benefit – Whether it’s a gym membership or acupuncture… therapy or a massage… F45 or a get-out-of-the-house day at WeWork or a coffee shop, if it strengthens your body or betters your mind, then this benefit applies!
  • Professional Development – Whether it's through live events, life coaching sessions, digital courses, or mentorship programs, this benefit fuels your growth journey!
